Vancouver has been making a name for itself in the film industry, attracting more discerning customers to its already interesting hotel scene.  A mix of French, Anglo, and Asian influences ensures that both the cuisine and design at the hotels here is dominated by fusion.  The key for guests is determining exactly which elements of fusion they would like to enjoy the most.
